89 Swift GTI with turbo running lean

I just rebuild my GTI with lower compression ( 89 swift 1.3l SOHC 16 valves pistons). It started RIGHT AWAY very solid sound with compression around 170 psi across the board. the issue is it's running very lean, swapped couple working MAF, tested fuel pressure and regulator 38 psi idle, new oxy sensor, new plugs, spark plug wires, rotor, cap, WTS. I tested for vacuum leak with smoke device found nothing. The ECU has a Garndi chip on it. The car was running fine with OEM pistons then It was running lean I destroyed 3 OEM pistons, that's the reason I rebuild the engine and put lower compression pistons. I need advices. Thx. Brand new battery 12.8 volts, upgrade to working high amp alternator. I thought that there was some restriction inside the piping so disconnected right at the MAF it still is running lean20231226_162744.jpg

Found the culprit, it was a leaking power brake booster.
Just realised that I'm replying to a post from 24. Here goes anyways. That should have showed up as fluctuating idle on your boost gauge. I can run about three hundred hp on the turbo chip from Chris one of the moderator from Redlinegti with stock injectors, Walbro 255lph pump, on Vitara low compression 75 mm pistons, MLS head gasket, ARP studs, Treadstone FMIC, and an oil cooler. A 1.3 SOHC by itself makes the whole setup questionable for what fuel rail and injectors are you running? What ECU and throttle body are you running. Too many variables to give any support on op problem. I would be surprise if that by itself was your only problem. Just to let other know that Redlinegti turbo chip can still be purchase last time I checked despite Redlinegti being gone. However, throwing a chip designed for parameter of a 1.3 DOHC setup into a 1.3 SOHC setup is receipt for disaster.
