93 GT Rusty Restoration or Parts Gold Mine

I picked up another GT a few weeks back.

The Good:
running 1.3 DOHC engine; drives
interior front Recaro seats are in good shape
back matching split seats are in good shape
stock alloys in good shape
panels are fairly straight; no major dents
spare front bumper came with
engine bay is all stock except air filter
electric windows that work
interior parts are all there and most of it works
frame horns are intact
Canadian model; seat belts not on door
trunk is complete with functional cover

The Bad:
The left and right rockers are gone; rusted out
The floor pans except rear are rusted out
5 speed is an NA not a GT transmisison
rear windows are not attached to bracket
fog lights are broken
paint is not great
needs hyrdualic lifters
dash is badly cracked on top

I got carried away and fixed the broken left rear stud and rebuilt a caliper for the left rear also. Unfortunately, as I was bleeding the rear calipers literally seconds after confirming that the rebuilt caliper works perfectly the brake line to the right rear broke and begin spraying out brake fluid. The rust is crazy. At least the e-brake system now works great.
