I trimmed the timing cover today. Live and learn. The MKI head is shorter than the MKII and the cam is positioned about 30mm lower so the timing covers do not swap at the top end but it's all the same on the bottom. Mike sent me the oil pump pick up and the lost oil pan was replaced so the bottom is all buttoned up. Next the harness will go on and the other accessories plus a few missing hoses
