If this is for the GTi
. Just remove the idle control and use its gasket as a template to cut a soft piece of aluminum plate with a fine jigsaw and then drill drill holes with a hole saw.. that’s what I did 20 years ago.

(I used an old personal computer heatsink as the source of aluminum plate)
