Today, I had to mill the 16M x 1.5 to 10 AN fitting to fit the Mishimoto Baffled Catch Can. They made the catch can so it would only take their fittings. They put an o-ring on the fitting and then milled a lip so the lip has to go into the catch can in order for the o-ring to seal. They also don't s...

Wastegate Problems: It is always something. With the complete free flowing exhaust I now have no boost limit. The remaining exhaust must have been acting as a boost re-stricter. I can also see the wideband creeping up at 10 lbs. I had gone up to 15 lbs for a second and it was lean, but thank God no...

You guys make me feel better knowing I’m not the only one with over ten cars. I’m lucky to have them spread out on the farm. I need to scrap a couple.

I noticed that when I watch the show that he was driving a FireFly Vert. Of all his cars it seems like he drives it the most.

Front spoiler idea: https://i.imgur.com/ZskQfLX.jpg It will need to be heavily modified but looks like it has some potential. I would cut about two inches off the bottom folding it over to attach to a flat spoiler. I would also cut out to match the stock intercooler slot and fog lamps. This is a 199...

I cut and spot welded all the pieces. I still don’t own a TIG welder. The guy that did the welds is super good at TIG welding. This piece including the ends on the muffler and the other end took him a little over an hour. He said it wasn’t his best work.

I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that likes to document most things. Good to see as many GT(i) being repaired as possible.

Today I got the return 1" to 5/8" aluminum Y pipe welded up. This will go in between my Greddy blowoff/bypass valve out and return 1" nipple to my cold air inlet pipe pre-turbo. The other end will go along the engine bay to the Mishimoto catch can ( I'll mount it in the corner between the passenger ...

I think from the limited amount I have read on the emulator that it will provide a good efficient tune up to a certain point. I don't want to have to use anything other then a 1:1 fuel regulator. I haven't replaced the fuel regulator or rail because I'm not at that point with this turbo where I need...

I confirmed cylinders 2 & 3 they are both a 2% leakage. I have ordered up most of the components for the oil catch can. I'll decide later if I want to run AN fittings to a few of the new runs or leave it has hose clamps. It is time for a Summer to do list: Order Megasquirt II and assemble. Install M...
