My latest purchase.
A 1987 Suzuki Swift commercial.
I have known this car for years.
In our old skool Suzuki scene here in the Netherlands.
I was looking for a Suzuki Carry or a Samurai.
To use for me as a company car.
Then one day I stopt at my mates house.
And saw this on the back of his car mover truck.
Funny thing one of our friends bought it unseen. As a parts car.
From a bloke who tried to do a head gasket change. What did not work out so well :-(

So first thing was to check the mounted engine. Wich was from a Samurai :bored:

There was silicone gasket sealer every where.

So out with this engine.

Wich gave me a nice room to clean up the engine bay.

Do you also have an empty trunk :-D
My silver panit is not that shiny and fully covered anymore :-/

i was planning on making a flat floor in the back of this car, the rear seat is badly sun-baked , split and the foam is falling apart…and then building a large subwoofer box  i already have all the wiring ran to the back, just in case….
my paint is almost silver in some spots, the blue metallic is so faded / worn off….
i like those extra driving lights in the front bumper. wish i could find those here…..

Here to my skills needs lots of practice :-)
But rust is removed and there’s a solid protection on the metel.

I have a ’86 GTi Wich is rusted around the front window. That is in need of lots of metal work.
So I checked that first on this little car ;-)
