just yesterday I have joined your Facebook group, some of you already helped me out, im here with another issue.

Now back to my problems.
Question #1, should air throttle be completely closed and I mean closed 100% ?
(I recently had to clean it and got stronger spring so it now closes 100%)
Now here is my first problem where my car has no power after 4,5k RPM

Could it be blown fuse ?
My second problem is car having no idle but maybe thats because my air throttle is absolutely closed ?
(Bad start is due to being low on battery)
