That’s a good question. I’m not really sure, I’m not even sure they are really needed unless you are making super big HP, I believe the stock 13B rods are supposedly forged. I’m sure someone will chime in who knows for sure. Just as an FYI on all these links in the manufacturers section, I’m not endorsing anything in particular for any of this, just keeping record as I find things so that I can find it again if I want to, and hopefully to help anyone else out who might be looking for something. I should probably put a disclaimer somewhere saying I don’t know anything.

I do believe the rods in t3 and twincam motors are forged, or at least better than n/a 1.0 rods. mike recommended t3 rods for my n/a 11.1 build, so I used a set from a donor t3 block I had laying around…

As far as I know all the G series rods are forged.
