US bearing manufacturers?

US bearing manufacturers?

I don’t know how all members feel but I won’t put anything made in China on my cars if I can help it. Does anyone know of any US made wheel bearings for the Mk4/5? If you do know please post the part #'s here.

Nachi and Koyo are both great bearings. Made in Japan. Stay away from KBC’s. Beyond cheap. I built standard transmissions most of my career, the American bears like Timken were super over priced.

Koyo is the manufacturer that Suzuki used the last time I bought bearings. This time when I tried to order, Suzuki stated it might be up to 3 months delay in shipping. I would use anything that’s OEM.
