I have seen someone built 12valve on 3 pot engine…
I was just wondering that V6 engine is basically offset 3 pots joined together in V.
So, you might be able to make yourself a magic cylinder head.

What do you think boys and girls!?

better to cut and weld a g13b dohc head, but there is 3cyl already dohc options from suzuki , 660 1000 or 2cyl 1100 from a snowmobile lol
